Weight Rotation

My current rotation has me at the gym, using machines, doing 1 bodypart a week. I'd like to add a full-body day too. Would it be ok to do a Cathe strength tape (I have MIS & PS) on the weekends, or should I head to the gym and do the weight machines? I'm just starting to be consistent, so I'm not 'cut' yet.

Hi Lay! I would do MIS on one of your weekend days for variety since you are already using the gym machines during the week. Good Luck!
