Weight Loss Question

Hi Cathe : Noticed you were here:) . I have about 30pds to lose, over 50 and having trouble stroking that old metabolism. Do you feel I should concentrate more on cardio or heavy weights? ~Linny~
 
Hi Linny! Both equally!!! They both play a prominent roll in body fat loss. Cardio you notice more at the time of the activity, weights you notice more with the overall boost in the metabolism and overall calorie expenditure. Clean eating needs to be in the picture too.
