Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, November 1 & 2, 2025

Good Sunday Morning Everyone,

I was able to workout yesterday and did a mix of: growingananas cardio for 15 minutes + my own Cathe blender for 2.0 biceps and triceps (30 minutes). I did my own extended stretch. Today I did 2023 killer legs for 30 minutes (I shortened it) as I don't have much time this a.m.

Enjoy your rest weekends ladies. I hope to see you all tomorrow (although it might be rest day for me - we shall see).

Ladies,
Yesterday I ran/walked in our annual Run Like a Nut 5k. 3.3 miles for 52.19 minutes. This race kicked off the Pecan Festival! I was 10th in my age group of 137.
Today, I took Macy for a 2.26 mile walk for 58 minutes. She likes to smell everything and there are a lot of deer back there:)
I finished up with STS 2.o Mobility #1 for 19 minutes. Feeling good and all stretched out!
