Still wobbling around, feeling somewhat better, but I know better than to attempt a workout. I've been
reading your workout posts and wishing mine was in there too :) I might just plan on an "off week" and
just take it easy. Have a great weekend all

I am short on time this morning but managed a short 30 minutes T&D lower body workout. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - A rest week sounds good! I took some time off recently from working my shoulders and it did wonders for the aching!
ChelePA - I checked out
Nora - Sorry to read you didn't get in your workout yesterday. I hope you enjoyed your rest!
Annette - wow! you couldn't sleep and still managed that big of a workout? WTG!!
Nicki - fingers crossed for you about getting in some workouts, finally.

Aqua girl…a rest week might be perfect to schedule so you can heal completely Hoping you feel better soon.

Warmed up with 15 minutes of core. The circuit was repeated 3 times. The first part was quite difficult for me. Bicycle exercise while sitting then rocking back with elbow to knee on every 3rd rep. Followed with a 45 minute Sprint Interval Training Cycling Class. Funny how 30 seconds can kick my butt when going to almost failure. 3 minute rest periods. This instructor is going through menopause so lots of new content related to this era of her life.

Happy Saturday! We are headed to NYC for a show.

Today was my 10 minutes of arms unweighted, and legs. Then lots of errands and such. And just now I finished with 30 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus another round of arms,and legs plus some light dumbbell work for shoulders and triceps.

Hello girls, happy weekend:)

Linda- Sorry to here about your injury. Perhaps resting & heating pad will help. When things feel maybe check out the link I posted yesterday. Rest is good medicine, plus all the great Christmas in July movies on Hallmark channel to enjoy. Feel better and have a nice evening;)

Great workouts this weekend ladies!

The show was excellent!!!! Followed by some delicious wood fired pizza.

CD’s most recent advanced step. A few tricky moves. Brain work too. Finished with a 20 minute yoga flow, focusing on the hips.
