I currently do an aerobic tape (i.e Firm,Taebo, etc) 7x's a week. I always do some weights and toning 7x's a week. I am considering changing my workout to walking, but I am not sure if this will give me the same kind of results. I am approaching my mid 30's and have noticed some weight gain
!!! I'm wondering if I need a change of workout or what. If I do decide to switch to walking I would stll incorporate some weights and toning into the routine. What do you think? Has anyone ever tried this switch? Do you think I can burn enough calories walking and how far should I walk? LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!
