Victoria's Secret Bathing Suits

I think I saw on here recently something about bathing suits and what ones to buy and something was mentioned about VS but I don't remember what was said. I'm wondering if they are true to their sizing charts. I'm a bit skeptical because if I go by their measurements I should order an extra small top (well, that's not such a stretch ) and an extra small bottom. Granted I'm kinda skinny, but I've NEVER worn an extra small bottom in a bathing suit and I'm wondering if this is b/c it's VS and the point is to hang out, ya know? I'm not comfortable having my whole hiney hanging out. I want one of those Miracle Bra pushup ones which is why I'm going with VS.

I've ordered a few bathing suits from VS. I've found the sizing pretty true to size. As far as bathing suit tops, I am quite small-chested, but am 34" around, so I order a S. (I think the XS is for women who are 32-33" around, which would be too small for me, despite my lack of boobage.) I've asked customer service about the tops before, and they've always told me that the cup size on a S and an XS are about the same, so just go by your "inches around." BTW, I looked at your wonderful photos, and although I'm no expert, you sure look like an XS! You look great!

Thanks Deborah! Maybe I'll order a small bottom to be safe. And a small top for sure! I wear a 2 or 4 in pants and I would just think that someone who would wear an XS would be like a size 0 and I certainly can't squeeze into a 0!

I have several VS bathing suits. Be careful of the sizing because they run really small.

I got a VS tankini last year (LOVE IT) and had the same question as you about the top. I have a small chest (okay boobs), but a broad back, so I just ordered the top in two different sizes and returned the one that didn't fit.

For me, it did run pretty true to size.

I would go up one size in VS...so try the small

I agree, go with the small.

I ALWAYS get my bathing suits from VS because of my boobs -- I am a 34D or DD, depending on the fit. But I wear about a size 6, so I am relatively small / petite all over, except I have huge boobs, LOL! So I buy from VS because I can get my top in my bra size, and I always buy a M bottom. So if you are a size 2 / 4 I would get the small.
