Hi Dawn. I did it with Cathe workouts. On his full body days I would do Muscle Endurance or Muscle Max. For cardio I have an elliptical so I did that or running. About 3 or 4 days each week I threw in an extra cardio, something like IMAX 2, step blast, etc. On his focus days I would alternate Cathe's lower and upper bidy stuff, but really be careful not to kill those muscle groups with such a low caloric intake. I love his plan.
