Turn up the heat and find your fire! The new Elevated Barre Bootcamp Fusion workout is packed with energizing moves that build endurance, coordination, and core strength. This super fun, fresh routine will test your endurance and your coordination with a variety of exercises using light to moderate hand weights, a mini ball, and a firewalker loop! Get ready for some unique twists and surprises that will keep your mind and your muscles fired up for what’s coming next!

*We’ll be using our STS bars for some of the lower body barre exercises, but you can always grab your fit tower or a chair as well!

Definitely a Fusion workout with Barre, Pilates & Metabolic concepts and lots of compound moves in there. So far, I like what I see. So if I increase the band and weights used slightly, I think it will be a fun twist on a Metabolic-type of workout. That's 2 for 2 @Cathe Friedrich , keep the hits coming! (It is World Series days after all). :)

With humour as always:D:D:D during triceps extensions. I love it.
