I just have a warning about trim spa. I am 31 years old weigh 140lbs 5'7". I stupidly ordered Trim Spa to lose alittle weight. I was taking it for about 1 month and I had to go to my doctors to get a prescription. They had to check my blood pressure. To my surprise, my blood pressure went from 120 over 80 to 170 over 90. The dr. told me I was close to having a stroke. I couldn't beleive it!
I immediately called trim spa to get my money back and did not want to accept the return. I told them about the blood pressure and you can be sure they then immediatly sent my money back.
Just a warning to anyone thinking of using any of the "natural" and "herbal" pills.

This is another Ephedra, Ma Huang product. I can't tell you how much I wish the FDA would take this stuff off the market!

I just wanted to chime in that this kind of goes to show that there is no miracle pill that will make us lose weight without some huge side effect. The best thing to do is for us to be patient with our bodies, eat right and exercise. I have read that every time a person takes any of these lose weight fast pills they are playing russian roulette with their lives. This was being said even about the non ephendrine products, so please be careful and make wise decisions about these products.
Ok, now that I've said that I will let you all carry on your normal lives!

I totally agree with afraigning from those supplements, but on another note, I just came back from a trade show where I was one isle away from Trim Spa. If you could see the way the whole company projects themselves is discusting. They had a booth full of 18-year-old girls, in bra tops or very short tee's (baby tees?) and a very shiny motorcycle in the center for "men" to look at. The video they played over and over was too much. These girls were so young and they were not in shape, just skinny. I'm 33 and in better shape and look a lot better than when I was their age.
