Somehow, I don't think that she didn't do ANY exercise. I heard somewhere that she tried to get Tony Little (of Gazelle fame) to train her, but he quit because he felt that she wasn't serious about the exercise and she kept hitting on him! }( I met a woman who lost 100 pounds with little exercise and all diet. The problem is that she wasn't firm, and the program that she used (a medically supervised one) didn't emphasize exercise. She said that if she had it to live over, she would have exercised, including lifting weights, a lot more. Also, a guy I know gave me advice - he told me that you should only do cardio if you want to lose weight because weight lifting will only help you gain more weight. This guy also didn't believe in warming up before exercise. Go figure. In any case, Anna Nicole needs to start sweating to keep that look and to look even better. Who knows what lurks under those clothes!!
