Yes, wondering about the split ... will it be one UB? Then what? Maybe the UB is split up into 2 workouts. Maybe the 4th will be Standing Core? Maybe another TB or a LB Blast like RWH Legs? What does Cathe have in store??

That's what I'm hoping for. Hoping she sneaks abs in with all of them. She's really good about having us use are abs to stabilize, but I'm hoping for specific ab focus in addition to that. I seem to need more of that at this age than I used to. lol I'm so grateful for all of the ab bonuses she's provided us over the years. My back loves it when my abs are in good shape.
