Hi guys,
My friend sent me a copy of the ebook. I've read through most of it but had a question with regards to rating my activity level as either moderate or vigorous for the Harris Benedict Equation.
Here's my weekly schedule for working out:
-4DS weights only followed by Barry's bootcamp weights for endurance.
-Cardio: 3 sessions of about 45min-1hour of either eliptical or Cathe workouts like Low Impact Circuit cardio only, or Imax 2 or KPC.
-An additional 8-24 miles of walking throughout the week.
I'm working out anywhere between 4-6 days a week. According to the book, moderate exercise is classified as 3-4 days of moderate exercise and vigorous exercise is classified as 6-7 days.
In your opinions, where do I fall in? This could change my calorie intake by about 300 calories on a daily basis.
