HI Cathy,

I am 45 years old and training for my first Figure Comp end of October. I bought several of your DVD's.........I have Gym Style Legs, bodymax2, low impact circuit, butts & gutts, drill max, Core Max.

I need to lift my butt and lose the fat on my thighs. I have saddlebags and cellulite right below the buttocks. My lower abs slightly protrude. I am 5' 10" tall and eat 100% clean and lift weights 4x/week and cardio 4x/week.

What DVD's will help me with those issues? I also need to make sure they are knee friendly. My knees hurt sometimes. I did your Gym Style Legs and hurt my knees, it seemed like a fast pace.

I am interested in your brand new 4 day split dvd. I want to achieve the exact leanness and muscle that you have. Cathe, can you please offer me your expert advice on what to use of your dvd's that I have now and if the 4 day split is needed?

I currently am working with Cathy Savage Fitness guidelines.
They recommend me doing 4 30 minute high intensity interval cardio sessions/week. At a 9/10 and 8/9 level?
