Thanks to Cathe & reappreciation of Rhythmic Step

Hi Cathe:

I did Rhythmic Step this morning for the first time in months and I just want to tell you how much I love and appreciate this workout. I liked it when it came out, but I LOVE it now!

I've been down with plantar fasciitis in my left foot since November and haven't been able to do any running or stepping since then. It's been a tough 7 months for this self-appointed cardio queen. For a few months, I couldn't even do any standing weight work. Thank goodness for biking and swimming -- they are the only things that have kept my husband able to be around me for all this time. I started slowly back to running about 8 weeks ago, but haven't done any step until last week.

So this morning, I pulled out Rhythmic Step. As you say in the warm-up, "whee!" That was fun! Thanks for making a tough, long, creative and FUN moderate impact workout. You're awesome! I can hardly wait until I'm plyojacking with you again. Until then, it's Rhythmic Step for me! (Although I seem to have lost the rhythmic part of my step during my layoff. Hope I get it back soon.)

Thanks for all you do to please your fans!

Hi Daphne! How nice to hear from you:). Sorry about your injury but glad to know you're now on the comeback trail. Good for you for not rushing your recovery. As you know, this is one chronic injury that makes its presence known and demands your full attention during recovery. That and achilles tendonitis (which is the one that I get bitten by from time to time) are two painful and time consuming injuries to deal with and work around.

I'm glad to hear you are enjoying Rhythmic Step so much. I just used bits and pieces of it in my class this morning and had fun with it too.

Take care and nice to have you back in action:)!
