Hi Cathe:
I did Rhythmic Step this morning for the first time in months and I just want to tell you how much I love and appreciate this workout. I liked it when it came out, but I LOVE it now!
I've been down with plantar fasciitis in my left foot since November and haven't been able to do any running or stepping since then. It's been a tough 7 months for this self-appointed cardio queen. For a few months, I couldn't even do any standing weight work. Thank goodness for biking and swimming -- they are the only things that have kept my husband able to be around me for all this time. I started slowly back to running about 8 weeks ago, but haven't done any step until last week.
So this morning, I pulled out Rhythmic Step. As you say in the warm-up, "whee!" That was fun! Thanks for making a tough, long, creative and FUN moderate impact workout. You're awesome! I can hardly wait until I'm plyojacking with you again. Until then, it's Rhythmic Step for me! (Although I seem to have lost the rhythmic part of my step during my layoff. Hope I get it back soon.)
Thanks for all you do to please your fans!
Daphne
