Hi Cathe,
I'm sure you hear this a lot, but thank you for all your hard work. You make hard workouts fun! This past Wednesday (my yoga day) I wanted to throw in an easier cardio to burn some extra calories (I'm getting married next month). Well, about 10 minutes into the workout, I'm absolutely bored and any dreading the next 20 minutes, so I turn it off and take a walk instead thinking I needed the extra rest. This has happened the last 3 times I've put in another instructor, but never with you. I might not be looking forward to how hard you're going to make me work, but, once I get going with you, I've never once stopped the DVD. You're the best!
I'm really excited about all the new series and really appreciate the upper body emphasis on the premixes.
