Thank you Cathe

I just want to thank you Cathe!
I have been using the "four day split" and the "core max" and "the kick box" and the "slow and heavy" for over a year.
I recently started working with a trainer at my gym and he puts me through some pretty tough workouts using the TRX system. It's a complicated yet brilliant pully canvas system invented by a navy seal. I am a young 47 years old and pretty fit but according to him I am rock solid and so friggin fit it blows his mind. He says his female clients can NOT do most of the exercises that I rock easily through and his males student/clients fight hard and he says it blows his mind.

I say it's YOU...it's months of doing your stuff has made me super buff and strong...it's so awesome.

THANK YOU for being possesed. and such a genius teacher I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS. I use the gym to get to heavier weights.
