Hi Everyone, I'm fairly new to the forums but not to Cathe's w/o's. I just wanted to share with everyone how much reading all of your posts have helped me. I was exercising at least 2-21/2 hrs. daily. Consisting of 1hr. high intensity aerobics, followed by all upper body or all lower body and 35 min. of abs. Since reading different posts about how much and how often I should work out, I started one of Cathe's rotations I'm on week 3. I'm feeling much better! I was so cranky, tired, depressed and really wasnt seeing the results I wanted to see doing all that exercise. I will admit its been hard to not add extra cardio with this rotation because it seems like a vacation compared to what I was doing. But I'm determined not to go back to that craziness. Sorry to keep going on and on . But I'm feeling so good I had to share. Thanks everyone!! Lori BC
