Hi Everyone, I'm fairly new to the forums but not to Cathe's w/o's. I just wanted to share with everyone how much reading all of your posts have helped me. I was exercising at least 2-21/2 hrs. daily. Consisting of 1hr. high intensity aerobics, followed by all upper body or all lower body and 35 min. of abs. Since reading different posts about how much and how often I should work out, I started one of Cathe's rotations I'm on week 3. I'm feeling much better! I was so cranky, tired, depressed and really wasnt seeing the results I wanted to see doing all that exercise. I will admit its been hard to not add extra cardio with this rotation because it seems like a vacation compared to what I was doing. But I'm determined not to go back to that craziness. Sorry to keep going on and on . But I'm feeling so good I had to share. Thanks everyone!! Lori BC
 
Great Lori! Good for you for stepping back and trying something different. I find that when I vary my routines and sometimes that's increasing or decreasing what I'm doing, that I see more results.

That's great Lori! I think you basically listened to your body (along with the forum's suggestions) and I'm glad to hear you feel much better. Keep us posted on how things work out. (or, should I say WORKOUT? Ha!) Feeling good is a GOOD thing! :7
