Hi Cathe, I've been doing your MIS video for 5 months - I really enjoy it! However, I know it's time to rotate and I want to start the PS tapes. I've thought I've read some posts where you suggested taking a week off when changing your rotation. Is this true? If so, what are the benefits of taking a 1 week rest? I work out 5 days a week (cardio & weights)and I can't imagine every taking a break. I'm addicted to exercise! But if you persuade me to the benefits of resting, I'll certainly listen.
