Tabata + Strength Circuit

How about a Tabata with Strength Circuit workout? A four minute Tabata could be followed by 2-3 minutes of specific strength training or a series of compound exercises. 8 Tabata circuits that cover all body parts could be offered along with options to do the first 4 one day, the other 4 another day, or even only 2 a day.
 
Another hiit plus strength. I am in.
A cycling Hiit on and off the bike plus strength making it a total body metabolic would be great too.
