I wasn't sure where to post this, because it's not an idea for the next video. It's an idea for a shirt. Cathe, I'd love a shirt that has your quote of "You get out of it what you put into it." I can't even remember which videos I've heard you say that in, but when things get tough (in life, or in a workout), those are the words I often say to myself.
