How are we all doing? What's on tap for the weekend?
I did 1 segment of RS and the FitTv version of Imax2. The only modification was the plie jax at the end. I had to do plie squats. A few months ago I was only doing the step segment & skipping the blasts.
I'm sure I'll be feeling it later tho.}( I'll talk to you then.;( lol.
