I would like to see the following:
1. I really like no weight workout using only your body weight. It would be great for travelling. It can still be very intense.
2. Circuit training workout - 2 min cardio 1 min weights.
3. Comprehensive weight training workout, especially for upper body. Like for example, shoulders have lots of little muscles which we rarely do, then upper back almost never gets to workout. Forearms and wrists. Triceps has 3 heads.
4. I also like stretch and strengthen workout. Like weight train a muscle group then long stretch it so it become longer.
5. I don't know if there is any workouts like that I would love something to strengthen the joints.
