I have both and I like both, but I prefer Total Body Stretching. I can't even tell you why, though. It might be because I really like stretching with a ball and 2 of the 3 TBS sections use a ball, whereas there is only one ball stretch section on Stretch Max. Having said that, though, this weekend I did the third section of Stretch Max over the weekend, which uses a resistance band, and I really liked that one. Basically, they're both great.
