Stretch Max and Total Body Stretching

I know that Stretch Max has longer segments and Total Body Stretching has shorter segments. Are these two similar or are they different? Is one better than the other?
 
I have both and I like both, but I prefer Total Body Stretching. I can't even tell you why, though. It might be because I really like stretching with a ball and 2 of the 3 TBS sections use a ball, whereas there is only one ball stretch section on Stretch Max. Having said that, though, this weekend I did the third section of Stretch Max over the weekend, which uses a resistance band, and I really liked that one. Basically, they're both great.

I prefer Total Body Stretching as well. I like the stretches better (and there are fewer or no leaning forward 'stretch' moves in that one, which put strain on the lower back), I like the music better, I like the outfits better.
 
I have both and I love them!!! Total Body Stretching is a little easier and the segments are only 12-13 minutes each. Stretch Max has three 20 minute segements -- stretches are a little more comprehensive and are held longer. I couldn't live without either one. They will definitely improve your flexibility too.
