Hi Cathe,

I love the new workouts!

I was wondering...I teach a step class and incorporate a lot of power moves,lunges and quick feet exercises. The problem is that I have a client who always uses three risers and she is maybe 5'7". Her form is always a little off--she sort of hinges forward from her waist and she can never quite get a full knee lift. So...I have tried convincing her that she would get better range of motion if she lowered her step. She claims that she would not be able to get her heart rate up ( She is in very good cardio-vascular shape). Any advice on how to gently convince her or should I just let it go and hope she remains injury free?

I would love to know your thoughts on the matter. Thanks!
