I just recently bought a ball and after a few different workouts I can't find a workout that I really enjoy using the ball with. I don't get that burn much in my abs or lower body when I use the ball except for a few of the Cathe workouts and even then I don't really enjoy using it. I have checked my form over and over and I'm sure I doing it right. Any suggestions on some any really hard ball workouts that really make you feel it?
