Stability Ball size???

Hi Cookie! Ball sizing charts vary a bit from company to company. You are at a height that generally can go with either a 55 cm or a 65 cm. If you want to play it safe, you can go with 65 cm. For proper ball alignment inflate the ball to the point that your knees and hips form 90 degree angles (your thighs are parallel with the floor) when sitting on it.

Keep in mind the more inflated a ball is, the harder the exercises are. So if you go with a 55 cm that is filled to its maximum to obtain your proper alignment, vs a 65 cm ball that is slightly less inflated to obtain your proper alignment, the same exercises will be slightly easier on the 65 cm less inflated ball. This is because the less inflated ball has more contact with the floor, therefore, lending more support for the exercises.
