Stability Ball Repair?

Hi,

Can stability balls be patched, say like a bicycle tire?
My dogs decided to play with mine, and put a tiny hole in it.

Any ideas or experience with something like this?

They may be able to be patched, but I wouldn't trust it. IMO, it's better to get a new one (and keep it away from the dogs! Why not patch the old one and give it to them, and you get a new one?).
