squat rack

I need opinons on this squat rack on ebay for about $350.

Is this a good price or to much. I live on Vancouver Island in Canada with no good shopping near by without driving for hours or doing the ferry thing.

But with this rack I can do bench press, pullups, and squats.

It looks good, if you have the room.
And I think the price is good if it is well built (you can possibly find something similar for less, but I think it will be a case of 'you get what you pay for'.)
