Slip locks?

Does anyone know where to get those sliplocks for barbells so you can remove the weights quicker?

I found some at Wal-mart but they won't fit my barbell for some reason the ends are smaller then others I guess, don't know but hubby won't let me try them, so I guess I will be screwing the ends off to change the weights for awhile.

I currently have those spring collars but they're not easy to slip on and off when I'm trying to do the pyramid workouts.

They are good work for grip stength, though. I've found that the slip locks seem to loosen over time. I don't trust them.
