slimming thighs

I have been reading about slim in 6 and think I know the basic principle behind the high reps low weight process. My question is could pyramid lower body be used say 6 days a week using no weight, 3lbs, and 5 lbs and get the same type of results with the legs?
When I use heavier weights my legs look bigger, I really want just slim toned legs.

I am no expert but from all that I've read, I would say you would be running the risk of repetitive motion injury (not to mention how boring the workout would be!). Also, your body will quickly adjust and you will stop seeing results if you do the same moves over and over again.

I also focus a lot on lower body, and I've gotten very good results by rotating Cathe's lower body workouts, particularly L&G, PLB, and GS Legs. My two other primary workouts for this purpose (and cardio, of course) are Kickmax and KPC. Kickboxing is really excellent for leg slimming and shaping and it doesn't require the use of weight.

Spinning or indoor cycling! I just started spinning a little over a month ago & am having AMAZING results! I highly suggest it to slim down the legs. That combined w/ endurance type work such as L&G will get your legs in tip top shape IMO.
