I bought the new slim fast on the go soups. Pretty good, but expensive. I went to the website yesterday www.slim-fast.com and it was great!!! They have all these tools you can use for FREE. You can also complete a profile and they will create meal plans for you. It was awesome. I put that I did quite a bit of exercise and it suggested a 1500 calorie plan for me. I was impressed. I thought they would give me a very low calorie plan, but they didn't. You do not have to use slim fast products. I personally like Kashi's GoLean products better than slim-fast. I did like the slim-fast soup though.
