When you are trying to stick to a rotation, and you skip a day for some reason, do you pick up the next day with the workout you skipped or pick up with the following day's workout. For instance and I'll keep it simple:
DAY 1 - DVD A
DAY 2 - DVD B
DAY 3 - DVD C
and so on. You are on Day 2 and you and DH decide to go shopping and you skip workout "B", on Day 3 to you pick up with workout "B" or with workout "C". I know it's silly, but I was just wondering what everyone does.
