I do Cathe's all the time, and run, and was just cleaning at my mom's house, and--OW! :-( Hurt the right shoulder...... Tried to rest it for a couple of weeks, doing cardio and LB work, Kept re-injuring it just doing normal things. I'm right handed! What are ya goin to do??
Finally did a bit of Power hour today, and kept the weights to a much lighter #. I have no patience with injuries. ;( I can tell there's nothing seriously wrong with it---just 'strained'. I hate losing strength while things heal, though.
