I just finished a full week of Insanity with Cathe's 4DS They were the perfect combo for me. Just enough weight training, but not so much I felt exhausted after Insanity cardio.
I feel really good! I feel strong and have a lot of energy. Tomorrow is my well deserved day off. I normally do a SS cardio on my day off but I've decided to do nothing but a nice relaxing stretch.
I'd say you deserve the rest day! I had to take an unplanned break...but any break is well deserved with this routine! I was worried about it being repetitive, but it really isn't and Shaun T. is like a crazy drill sergeant/football coach who knows the right words at the right time. I'm "having fun" (if having an out of body experience at times is fun)
