Share your eating plans, please.

I love Cathe workouts, and while I am quite a few pounds overweight - I can keep up with most of her workouts. I do her workouts 4-6 times per week. My problem is that I can't come up with an adequate eating plan.

Please share your eating plan.
 
I don't have a particular 'plan,' but I eat a primarily whole-foods vegan diet. I avoid processed foods and try to eat a diet high in raw foods (works best in summer around here!).

If you are looking for a diet plan, I recommend checking out www.ediets.com . Join them for a month (there are many, many plans to choose from there), download all the recipes and daily menus they provide, and use that as a start towards healthier eating.
