Hi Cathe

I was wondering if it's okay to change the tempo on the exercises for variation. Instead of up 6 down 2, could I reverse the order? Up 3 down 5, up 4 down 4, etc. Would I get better results by changing it up?

Perfectly fine to do this and keep the muscles guessing.


Kathryn does this all the time and I believe she gets great results, so.....
