S&H question

Hi,
I'm going to get the S&H DVDs, plus I just joined a gym...
I was wondering how I can incorporate a rotation/plan with the following choices I have:

S&H DVDs
weight machines (at gym)
toning classes (at gym)

If I do the machines or classes, I'll probably want to do a full-body toning since it's not practical to go there everyday to split bodyparts. I'm looking to get a toned/cut look (no or little bulk).

Hi Lay! You have a lot of new choices. Rather than start a rotation combining all three, let your body get acclimated to the each one separately. This will be much less overwhelming to you too. You can do a few weeks of each activity and then start a rotation combining them if you choose. Good Luck!
