First things first, the background exerciser doesn't look as tired/low-energy/half-assed as she did in the preview clips. I know Amy said it would be easy to follow, but maybe she didn't have my husband in mind. :p Compared to her other cardio workouts, this looks fairly simple.
The main workout is about 40 minutes, including w/u and short c/d
combo #1
jab, cross, hook, set, grab, throw, kick, kick

combo #2
elbow, elbow, knee, set, roundhouse, upper, upper, soft block (like you're swatting a fly away from your face)

combos 1&2
you do combo #1 right, then left side, #2 right, then left

combo #3
quick jab-cross-jab, switch sides, roundhouse, shin block, 3 back kicks

combo #4
jab, jab, hook, hook, front kick, high block, small jump forward, jump kick

combos 3&4

drills: Amy takes off her weighted gloves
4 speed bag, hook
jab, cross, jab, cross, jab, cross, jab, cross, jab, cross, jab, cross, 4 knees


Heavy Bag:
8 jab, 8 jab, 8 cross, 8 cross, 16 jab-cross

alternating knee thrusts

roundhouse (16?)
