Hello Cathe, I wanted to tell you that I love your videos. I own all of them, but don't know if I should stick to one of the series for a month and then change to another. I do all of your videos with no specific order, but now I would like to get more definition of the muscle. I read a post about the difference between muscle endurance and strength and that gave me an idea. I also have read about your schedule in which you make different routines in one week. Can you help me? I love stepping but also like weights. Can I combine them?
