Good afternoon Road Trippers!
As many of you know, we have hired a school bus to transport us between the gym and the hotels. As of noon today, the Road Trippers listed below have reserved space on the bus. If we’ve missed you by mistake (which could happen — I wish you could see our e-mail inboxes!), please e-mail me and Debbie ASAP.

For those of you who might have missed the original post about this, the bus will provide the following transportation for 40 – 50 people:
• Saturday, 7:00 AM pickup at the hotels to go to Cathe’s gym
• Saturday, 10:30 PM return to the hotels from Cathe’s gym
• Sunday, 6:00 AM pickup at the hotels to go to Cathe’s gym for the early bird class
• Sunday, 8:30 AM, transportation from Cathe’s gym to 5 Points Diner for our breakfast
• Sunday, 11:00 AM transportation back to the hotels directly from the Diner. (You may leave your luggage in your hotel rooms if you’re taking the Sunday morning bus, because check-out time is 12:00 noon and we’ll have you back before then. From the hotels, you’ll get your own transportation to the airport).
The maximum cost of riding the bus per person is $13.00, and the cost will be even less if the bus is full. The number of people who ride the bus will help determine the cost per person for those of you riding the bus. This additional fee is LESS than what it would cost you to rent a car.
Of course, an advantage of riding the bus is that someone else is doing the driving for us. Also, you don’t have to worry about getting lost or have the additional stress of finding someone to drive you. Best of all, we all can stay together to continue with our laughter, fun, and getting to know each other more. You KNOW this is bus is going to be a party on wheels!
And, for those of you who have rented cars and would prefer to take the bus, there is no penalty in canceling your car reservation at this point.
If you are interested in taking the bus, please respond directly to me and Debbie ASAP. There is still space left on the bus for 5 to 15 additional people, and if necessary we can reserve a second bus.
Please note: Only those who have signed up for the bus ahead of time will be allowed to ride on the bus. Payment by check (made out to Cathe dot com) will be collected on Friday night.
Also note: All those who agree to ride the bus are still responsible for transportation between the airport and the hotel. Information about Rapid Rover’s inexpensive airport transport services has been sent to you all via e-mail and is available here in the Open Discussion forum, as well.
