This was my 2nd Cathe DVD that I have ever done. It will take a little time to perfect the step moves and blast segments, but I was able to do the whole DVD and I really liked it. My first question is regarding using the dumbells for floor tricep is very painful to my hands I used yoga blocks instead. Do you think that I will get a better result with the yoga blocks or using the step instead? Also I saw the cardio bonus at the end of the tape but wasn't it also in the cardio portion? I also had trouble with my hands when doing the floor tricep dips. I honestly couldn't do them much at all due to the pain and discomfort it caused my wrists and hands. Is there some alternative we could use?
 
Hi Patricia! I'm glad you are learning and enjoying my workouts. Please continue to ask questions if you have any.

Any and all forms of tricep dips are effective. I would use the version that gives your wrist the greatest comfort.

Yes you are correct, the cardio bonus on this DVD is combo one through three on the first part of the workout. But for the bonus I strung these combo's together back to back with no breakdown to keep the heart rate and fun factor higher.
