This was my 2nd Cathe DVD that I have ever done. It will take a little time to perfect the step moves and blast segments, but I was able to do the whole DVD and I really liked it. My first question is regarding using the dumbells for floor tricep is very painful to my hands I used yoga blocks instead. Do you think that I will get a better result with the yoga blocks or using the step instead? Also I saw the cardio bonus at the end of the tape but wasn't it also in the cardio portion?
