She has been showing modification in lives. I think the last few classes are giving little peaks into the new series.Yes, me too! I think you shared previously that in Lives, she's been showing mods for up and down... that would be great!![]()

Nothing odd about it @Debinmi ! We're all unique in our preferences and comfort levels. Saying this as someone who used to never jump on pre-sales.Guess I'm still the "odd-ball, black sheep" not jumping on it

Yes, I have noticed that as well! She has been showing modification in lives. I think the last few classes are giving little peaks into the new series.
There you go…that’s what I have been looking for….gonna trust Cathe on this….I have received some questions from individuals who were very happy and satisfied with the intensity level of the original series and are a bit worried about the “elevated” nature of LMR2. Rest assured that these workouts can also be modified down where necessary so that exercisers at a more intermediate level can still enjoy and reap the benefits of these functional training routines.
Vague for me too but I have faith in Cathe! It was still very vague for me. But glad it helped others.

I don't like Scorpion for the same reason. Glad I'm not the only one.Scorpion has grown on me. Used to not like it because it hurt my breasts,
I like the scorpion moveScorpion has grown on me. Used to not like it because it hurt my breasts, but I guess they've developed tolerance for it now as it doesn't bother me anymore. I love all the deep stretch, twist-yourself-into-a-pretzel moves. I feel proud of myself working through them, and overall, I enjoy anything that improves my mobility and flexibility.
