Questions for Lift, Move & Restore 2 Elevated - Questions??

Would be nice if she offered Glutes and Guns as a purchase at some point. Sounds vaguely like Total Body Barbell.
it is not a total body workout. It is a 2 muscle --- Glutes and biceps :D ;) group split.
I have listed the workout in my previous post. Feel free to read it.

I have just received a mail regarding LMR2 :D:D:D

The weight workout bonus are going to be for us who are just into heavy load.

I am getting giddy!
=================================================================

Hi Everyone!

With the recent announcement of the current presale price ending on the upcoming Lift, Move & Restore 2: ELEVATED! series I’ve received some questions regarding the intensity of the new workouts and how they will compare to the original Lift, Move & Restore series.

The new ELEVATED series will take the functional training foundation laid by the original series and will elevate the challenge level with higher intensity, slightly heavier weights ranging from 5-15 pounds, and an even greater focus on elements like balance, flexibility, and strength.

With the addition of heart-pumping cardio and heavy-weight training bonus workouts (for those of you who pre-order), this series will include all the key ingredients to keep us working hard and earning lasting results!

The workouts in this series will be easily adjustable for those who are not quite ready for the challenges presented, but will also be challenging for those who are at a higher fitness level and still wish to work specifically on their functional fitness abilities to assist in setting us up for long-term health and longevity.

I can’t wait to dig deeper into functional training with all of you! We still have a lot to explore, and we’ll do it together!

Ladies while we are on the glute topic, I have seen this exercise below.

what are your thoughts?

So a single-leg deadlift with an inner thigh stretch? Interesting. That looks like Brett C. - the "glute guy" at the beginning!
Yes Mister glute ---- Brett is on this move. I have tried it with light weight.
The move has a stretching and strengthening feel throughout the execution.
It also pulls stabilisers like there is no tomorrow. I will add it to my routine for sure.
It burns big time!

The inner tigh is on serious pull throughout the move.

Here is another variation. This one hit the upper part of the cheek really good. :D
Everything is on fire for these moves.

I love the leg extension/ jai version with balance challenge too but it is good to have a variation.

I understand what everyone is saying as I love intense workouts and want to feel accomplished when the workout is done. I preordered and was sitting on the LMR series and a two weeks ago my back went out.
First time ever, so with that said I was so glad I had the LMR series on hand so I could still workout at a
slower and more careful pace.

Thanks! Im just trying to make a more-informed decision about purchasing at this price point. I thought LMR was going to be a well-rounded fitness-enhancing program for Cathletes - people who have been doing her workouts on a regular basis but who are aging and need a "gentler" approach - a stand-alone - no need for supplemental workouts (except cardio). It had some of that, but was mostly geared, IMO, to novices or people who have been MIA from Cathe for awhile. I think my Friday workout - Barre Fusion - (I so want to like that workout & make it work for me) with the 3# dumbells & coral Firewalker throughout just added to my concerns of more "why bother/waste of time" workouts (even tho I had increased my weights used). And then we got the notice the first tier pricing ends at the end of the month. I would like a little more info - If LMR2 is just more of the same and at about the same intensity - IDK if I'll bother. OTH, there will be some bonus cardio, mobility & stretching, and some bonus download heavier weight workouts that may off-set the "why bother/waste of time/need for too many mods" workouts. See me tottering on this fence ?

But if I re-think LMR as a "specialty" series - more of a supplemental than a stand-alone, well-balanced approach to fitness- then OK - it is what it is. No surprises, no disappointments. :)
Yeah, I totally understand where you're coming from. (I was a bit lost at first. Sometimes I'm not the brightest bulb in the makeup mirror! LOL!) I think it's totally reasonable wanting to know more info before the presale price ends. That way you can make a more informed decision about taking advantage of the pre order or possibly waiting but then the cost is higher.

I think it's a business decision so as to not put off any potential buyers ... the less most fans know, the more they can assume and the more likely they are to pre-order. Could be I'm a bit jaded from the last pre-sale experience too tho. But as I indicated ... I may still purchase all or some of this series once I know more. At the moment - there're too many unknowns for me.
I too feel cautious because of the promise that LMR would not be easy, and I find it easy. i was disappointed to learn this year would another LMR. If I ask myself ”do you want another LMR?” the answer is no. if I learn something that excites me, I’ll order, but not now.

This would’ve been perfect after my car accident. Actually, it would’ve been way too hard for the first year or so. But I do agree, it’s perfect post-injury or illness, easier days/weeks or recovery. And definitely good for those new to Cathe or functional fitness.

Thanks for sharing that link. I'm going to have to try that. Bet my inner thighs and glutes will be screaming the next few days!

Does anyone know if the downloads will eventually be available for sale on DVD? Right now, I think i'm more interested in the strength downloads, instead of the entire series.
I believe they are offered to those who decide to pre-order. Pre-orders, from as far as I've been working out Cathe, are orders made before the price change - - - - first tier order lot

The download are offered to boost sales. Cathe.com did offer Glute and GUNS to boost calendars sales. The download offered is a good quality one. Resolution through the quality of the image is great. There is no chapter but it is well made and surpass what we usually get from you tube.

Now in my opinion selling those freebies throughout dvd would not make sense. It's made to boost product sale. It's made to boost a specific product sale at specific period of time. It is a commercial strategy. Let's not forget dvds are no longer made buy other companies.
Think about the fact ladies and gents!
