question on strength and step workout

i only have a couple of cathe right nw.I do have step in motion.if i do step in motion is that enough cardio and squats and lunges for one workout?it wipe me out.but wondered if its considered both strength and cardio in one.im new still.thank you.i also have legs&glutes getting 10 10 10 and all step have lots of kathy smith and the firm.any input please
