question for those who ordered hi step once available

I'm thinking about ordering the hi step but how long does it take to recieve? Does SNM ship them out? Is the shipping the same amount of time when you order vids/DVD or does it take longer? I always get my vids/DVD the day after I order since I'm right next door to NJ. TIA]
