I have an 8 oz. shaker for the Pro Pudding. I fill it up with 6 oz. of water and shake it up. Let it sit for about a minute and eat it. I'm not sure if you can refrigerate it, I've never done that. I would think that it would get really thick if you did. I always add something to it because it's not all that great alone. I put PB in it, oats, banana's, cottage cheese. It's all good!
I use hot water and raw oats. Then I put a scoop of BSN (any flavor) in it with 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed. It's good with oats and that's the only way I use it.
