You posted before about eating post and pre-workout. If I am going to have a protein shake before I do weight training how long should I wait? I like to get up early and workout before work so I usually get up between 4:30 and 5:00. And, if I have another shake after my workout, is it ok to have one within an hour of working out (like after i clean up) or should it be immediatley? Also, if I would want to start checking in on the hardcore challenge how do I go about that?
