Question for Fitness Freak about protein bar recipe

I read on one of the posts in this forum you had a a recipe for a bar. Can you post that? Where do you suggest to incorporate it in a meal plan? Also, can you post a clean sample meal plan. I am trying to start eating clean and I do better if I have something to follow. I workout in the am around 5. Thanks!!!!!!!

Banana Pancakes

1/3 c. rolled oats
4 egg whites
1/2 small jar baby food, banana
1/2 cap banana extract
1/2 cap vanilla extract
1 dash allspice
1 dash cinnamon
3 tbsp. isolated soy protein powder, vanilla or natural
1/4 cup water, more or less

Mix it all together. I mix everything together except for the oats in my Magic Bullet, then I pour it over the oats and mix it up. I split it into two pancakes and cook both sides.

314 calories; 3 g. fat; 37 g. protein; 36 g. carbs
