Question for anyone doing Freestyle Training

Okay, I've been following the Freestyle Training method since the beginning of March. Not long, I know, but I am beginning to wonder if I'm doing something wrong...my jeans have been feeling really tight across the tops of my thighs the past two weekends and when I measured today, I've gained a half inch in each thigh. Not exactly the results I'm looking for. The interesting thing is that I've actually lost weight, not gained, so it doesn't seem to be bodyfat causing the problem. I eat BFL-style and don't go all out on my cheat day, I usually have a cheat meal and maybe a dessert. Anyway. I'm wondering if anyone else experienced this in the beginning, and if I'll start to see the slimming effects of Freestyle soon? I'm not sure if I want to continue with it and see how it turns out in a couple of weeks or not...I really don't like the way my jeans fit and I don't feel comfortable.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
