What should I do during my active recovery week if I teach a bodysculpting class mon and fri? I was thinking it would be okay to use light weights but I wanted to get other opinions. Thanks in advance.
Hi Laceyjane! Ideally it would be best to stay away from weight training this week. But if you have to teach, you have to teach, so if you can find a way to talk them through or start the exercise with them and then walk the floor and observe that would be better. If at all possible, do any barbell exercises with just the bar and no weights on it. Stick with the 3 pound dumbbells for weights, but just moving your arm without a weight in it would be better.
